Refund policy


Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed and may incur a restocking fee depending on the order status.
Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges, but the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      International Orders
  • We ship worldwide. However, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    1. Contact our Customer Support at hello@deral.co.il with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
    2. You will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.
    Pack the items securely and ship them back using a trackable shipping method.
