Refund policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed and may incur a restocking fee depending on the order status.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges, but the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International Orders
- We ship worldwide. However, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- You will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.
