At DERAL, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review the following shipping terms to understand the process.

1. Order Processing

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (local time) will be processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 11:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: We strive to deliver your order within 3-7 business days for most locations within Israel.
  • Remote Areas: For customers in Eilat or remote northern areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery times are subject to stock availability and the accuracy of the shipping address provided.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over 350 ILS. For orders under this amount, a flat fee of 30 ILS applies.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Select this option during checkout for delivery within 1-2 business days (availability depends on location).

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. The courier may contact you to schedule a delivery if necessary.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your order in real-time.

6. Special Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery preferences or instructions (e.g., leave at the front door, deliver to a neighbor), please add them during checkout. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, certain restrictions may apply.

7. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier will attempt a second delivery.
  • Alternatively, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling or picking up the package at a designated location.

8. Shipping to Remote Areas

Delivery to certain locations, such as Eilat and northern regions, may require additional transit time. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
  • Lost Shipments: In the rare case of a lost shipment, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
